KGC Camps

Kingston Gymnastics Club offers day camps throughout the year when children are not in school. Your children are sure to have fun, meet new friends, and stay active. Most of all, they will be learning and improving their gymnastics skills! The majority of the day is spent in the gym learning gymnastics from our qualified coaches and playing with the other children during organized games and activities. During our down time we create fun step-by-step crafts and have some indoor and outdoor free time.

Camps are an excellent opportunity for your child to increase their skills over a short period of time.
Just five days of camp is the equivalent of 3 months of one 1.5 hour class per week!

P.A. Day Camp

Kingston Gymnastics Club offers PA Day Camps for children ages 4-12

Each camp has a different theme and runs from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Camp is $50.00 for the day and is subject to a $40.00 Gymnastics Ontario fee. We also do a pizza lunch where slices of cheese pizza can be purchased for $3.00 each (only on FRIDAYS)

March Break Camp 2025

March 10th -14th, 2024 - Registration opens January 22nd at 10AM

Monday: PJ Day (wear your pjs to camp)
Tuesday: Superhero Day (wear a cape or costume)
Wednesday: Green Day (wear green for an early St. Patrick's Day celebration)
Thursday: Olympic Day (wear your favourite jersey)
Friday: Talent Day (bring anything you need to show off your special talent)

During our day camp athletes will do approximately 2.5 hours of structured gymnastics followed by crafts, indoor games. Please note that we will have two snack breaks and one lunch break.
